Tramo "Complementario" de Sarria a Peruscallo-Belante

Desde hace 3 años existe desde Sarria la variante llamada "Complementaria" con amplias vistas al valle del río Pequeno. Al salir de Sarria y nada más pasada la Ponte Aspra, junto a un paso a nivel de ferrocarril, hay 2 hitos juntos, el de la derecha marca dicho tramo "complementario" que cruza la vía y se introduce por un corto sendero en el bosque y se une al otro en Belante-Peruscallo-Leiman (según guía). Los albergues de Barbadelo han borrado con saña dicha indicación (las siguientes están OK). Este era el más antiguo que pasa por Maside y Meixente y es 1,8 kms más corto en dicho tramo.

Hostels in Barbadelo have viciously painted over this sign (the ones below are OK). This is the original route that uses Maside and Meixente, and it's shorter by 1.8 kilometers over that stretch. I hope you're well, Xavier. If I were to start my Camino Frances journey at Sarria, where would you suggest I stay for dordle the night? How can you make a booking in advance? In July of 2019, my group of eight friends and I took a trip.
