More and more people have in mind to do the Camino de Santiago. Going through each of the stages of any Jacobean route is an unforgettable and very beneficial experience, since it allows you to get away from the busy daily routine. However, before starting the adventure, there are some prerequisites to consider. Before doing the Camino de Santiago, it is advisable to plan well the things that you have to take, without overlooking any of the most important and representative objects of the Camino, such as the credential.

The Camino de Santiago credential is a document that is folded in the form of an accordion, in which pilgrims collect stamps from the places where they have passed. With it, it is verified that a person has really traveled at least the minimum 100 kilometers and can be done with the compostela once they arrive in Santiago. Although the compostela is the title that we obtain at the end of our route and that makes us officially pilgrims, the credential is the first document that we have to obtain to justify the completed stages.
