The librarian Tui, Rafael Sanchez Bargiela, current manager of the SA Sociedade de Xestión do Xacobeo Plan from January 2014, public company responsible for managing the Camino de Santiago, has returned to claim in a recent talk "unity of purpose" to strengthen different aspects of the Camino de Santiago.

Bargiela Sánchez participated in a panel discussion during yesterday in Astorga, as part of the European project Urban Dynamics, which claimed the Route as a symbol of unity and Europeanism. The manager also stressed the need for joint management of the Pilgrim's Route to unify issues such as signaling routes, managing shelters or heritage protection.
