The first snows are coming to the peaks of the Cantabrian mountain range, offering very beautiful contrasts, and sunsets that can not be seen in any other time of year. Jacobean roads are not so packed with pilgrims as a few weeks ago, so some believe that this is one of the best times of the year to walk alone and reflect in absolute peace (if you do not mind exposing yourself to inclement weather, of course).
