The Galician Association of the Camino de Santiago says there is a risk of public safety and urges the authorities to act
The Portuguese Way, which goes into our country across the Minho river to anchor in the Pontevedra town of Tui, offers a very special view of the southern Atlantic coast of Galicia, near where runs to reach Santiago. The diversion route of Portuguese Way proposed by the association would move the route just a few meters so that pilgrims could cross the national road bound Mos by a line that has limited 50km / h for vehicles and also could cross the railway through an underpass.
