The Stages of A Bandeira

All those pilgrims needing to make a stop on the Camino in Bandeira to later return to their place of origin will need to travel from this town by bus. The best way is to travel to either Santiago or Ourense and from there they will find good transport connections to other location. Santiago is perhaps the best option as it is closer and it has an airport.

The company that covers locations is Monbús. From Bandeira there are daily departures (also at the weekends and with the same frequency) four or five coaches to Santiago and Ourense. By train: The train station of A Bandeira, which until 2013 functioned as an unofficial station stop, that is to say that the train would stop for waiting travellers, no longer functions. For this reason the only way for pilgrims to travel is bus or taxi.
