In the same village walkers can visit the church, XVI century, located at the top of the enclave. From there they can enjoy stunning views of the mountains and the Lagunas of Atapuerca, the official route to Africa, almost mandatory for many of the migratory birds who come to these wetlands to feed on frogs and other prey.

The tour price is 6 euros. For pilgrims, students, young people aged between 8 and 16 years of age, visits by appointment and for families, the price is 4 euros.

For the unemployed, under eight year olds and the disabled access is free. The bus from the two points of departure for the visit costs an additional euro. There are also offers for those who want to visit the Museum of Human Evolution and the Archaeological Park. Check rates on the website. There is a special promotion aimed at the pilgrims. Every day (except Mondays), a bus collects visitors in town and takes them to the site. On showing the credential, the price is 5 euros.
