Playa Fluvial A Cova

A Cova river beach has become one of the most important tourist attractions in the Ribeira Sacra. It has a privileged location from which you can appreciate the river Minho in its maximum splendour, both in terms of landscape and if you want to enjoy a day of peace and relaxation.

Located in Saviñao, this is a beach that was created by taking advantage of one of the bends in the river Minho. Near it we find waterfalls, wineries and jetties from where catamaran trips start, so many tourists come here especially on summer days.

From the river beach A Cova you can bathe in the waters of the Miño river while you enjoy a unique view of the Ribeira Sacra. There you can relax like on any other beach or choose one of the many water activities available. There you can rent from pedal boats and rowing boats to kayaks and paddle surf boards.
