In the village there are two bars situated close to the pilgrim albergue where it is possible to have breakfast. The bar Guerrero is literally next door to the accommodation establishment and, a few meters away, on the N-VI road, there are another two bars: Bar A Rotonda and Bar Kiwi. It is certainly worth stopping in Baamonde to eat.

This location has two restaurants that come highly recommended, both for their ambience and for their traditional cuisine: The restaurante Galicia and The Casa do Labrego.
