Tourist information services are provided by the departamento de Cultura del Ayuntamiento (the Department of Culture of the Council). It is possible to visit them on the street of calle Ferrería, 1 or alternatively they can be contacted by mail at cultura@caldasdereis.com or by phone on (+34) 986540110. In addition, during the months of summer, there is a person to attend to tourists and pilgrims in the Municipal Auditorium, situated close to the health centre.

There are guided tours (prior reservation required) available for schools and groups of more than 15 people. Pilgrims can have the credential stamped both at the albergue and the municipal auditorium.
