As is expected from a spa town, in terms of accommodation Caldas de Reis is best known for its two spa resorts. That of Acuña and Balneario Davila.
The town also has two albergues, one public and the other private. There is also the option, for groups of over 30 pilgrims, of staying in the local sports centre. To make a reservation it is necessary to submit an application to the council and provide details such as name, DNI or proof of identity, address of the person responsible, an approximate number of pilgrims, the date and hour of arrival and a contact phone number.
