The offer of services in Mondoñedo will not leave pilgrims lacking in resources. Health needs are also covered with facilities such as a health centre (Rúa José Maria Pardo, 32), a Red Cross building (N-634) and two physiotherapy centres. The bank branches can be found concentrated in the urban centre; Banco Gallego (rúa Progreso, 12), Banco Pastor (rúa Andrés Baamonde, 1), Banesto (rúa Progreso, 20), BBVA (rúa Progreso, 19) and Novagalicia Banco (plaza do Concello).

There are textile and shoe shops and a small shoe repair shop (rúa Cándido Martínez). Half a dozen grocery shops, a DIY store and a post office (rúa Concepción, 15) complete the basic services. Mondoñedo has a centre of Interpretation and Information regarding the Northern Way, situated on the second floor of the XVIII century building that, houses the Regional Centre of Mariña Central.
