The tourist office of Tui is situated next to the cathedral, at the foot of the Camino. In summer they remain open throughout the day from 10:00-20:00 hours while, in winter the opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 until 19:45 hours.

It is also possible to contact them by mail at turismo@concellodetui.org or by phone (+34) 677418405. Pilgrims can acquire the credential in the cathedral of Tui and have it stamped both there or at the tourist office. There is a centre of interpretation for the Portuguese Way to Santiago in the old convent of Santa Domingo, which, closes on Tuesdays. The health centre opens 24 hours a day.
