For many, spring is the best season of the year to walk the Camino de Santiago. We are still not going to find agglomerations of pilgrims and certainly the weather is unbeatable to travel through.
If you can afford to walk the Camino in the spring, do not hesitate for a second. We are talking about one of the best seasons of the year to travel the French Way, generally with good weather during the day, but without the sun still squeezing, cool nights and without the crowds of pilgrims of the summer. Especially for this last is very likely that your pilgrimage to Santiago is less distorted in spring than in summer, when the Camino becomes an ant run in many of its stages.
