The V Camino de Santiago for people with Cystic Fibrosis starts

This week of August is marked in red for the Spanish Federation of Cystic Fibrosis, who has given the go-ahead to the fifth edition of an activity that year after year gains more supporters. We talk about the V Camino de Santiago for people with Cystic Fibrosis which is to be held this week starting from Muxia and coming after six stages to Santiago de Compostela.

FEFQ promotes the fifth time this activity to promote physical exercise and exchange of experiences among families thanks to the great success in recent editions. Participants in this edition 2016 departed from the town of Muxia this Tuesday after meeting in Santiago de Compostela yesterday and travel to the beginning of their way by bus. Until next August 28th they will walk an average of 23 kilometers a day in six stages, with stops in Pradis, Cee, Ponte Olveira, A Pena, Alto do Ventos and Santiago, accompanied at all times by a physiotherapist and a transport for any inconvenience.

Sporting activity is an alternative for treatment therapy that helps cope with the disease and also serves to both patients and family members can share their experiences together.
