Vilalba offers all kinds of services. Health services include: Physiotherapy clinics, chemists, Accident and Emergency and a Red Cross station all of which are situated in the industrial estate (982511151).

A dozen supermarkets, grocery shops, bakeries and confectioneries assist pilgrims to find supplies, here they will also have access to numerous bank branches: Novagalicia Banco (Pravia, 15), Banesto (plaza Suso Gaioso, 11), Santander (Pravia, 4), Banco Sabadell (Pravia, 50), Banco Popular and Pastor (Pravia 28 and 49) Banco Gallego (Plácido Peña, 23) and Caixa Geral (Pravia, 8).

The post office is situated on rúa Alcalde Fraga Bello 34 and that of Tourism on Domingo Goás 2, adjacent to the main street of Pravia.
