Luarca is one of the places where it crosses the Northern Way, therefore it is a mandatory stop for every pilgrim who makes this route. This town is one of the most touristic in Asturias and that is why it is not surprising that there are many means of transport to reach its location.

To reach the capital of Valdés by car, you just have to drive on the A8 motorway. Then to park, you have to know that there are 4 free parking spaces but that their availability varies according to the time of year. Another option if you want to get to Luarca by road is with a bus company. Alsa, a company originally from Luarca, has a stop in this town as well as many routes, available on its website, from different parts of Spain.

In addition to these options, you can use the train as a means of transport to Luarca, however, being FEVE, the time it takes to arrive can be much longer. If we do not care about the time of the tour you can choose the train and enjoy the Asturian coast until finally reaching Luarca.
