Sarria offers walkers a range of services, like bars, four chemists, supermarkets, repair garages, service stations (at the entrance to the village), numerous shops and cyber cafes. The tourist office of Sarria is located just outside the centre, in the neighbourhood of Vigo de Sarria.

Pilgrims can purchase the credential in the church of Santa Mariña and, in the Monastery of Magdalena. Those pilgrims arriving very early in the day can also buy the credential in the pilgrim shop La Peregrinoteca it opens at 06.00 hours.
