Los Arcos is a town well prepared to welcome pilgrims, who will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks and cash machines. The Tourist Office occupies the noble building known as Casa de la Villa del Coso (situated in the square called Coso), its origin derives from a love of bullfighting, which previously took place in this area.
The celebrations of bullfighting and loose cows were held in this square, an event that was chaired by both local authorities and by the clergy who would view the event from a prestigious balcony, thus resulting in the construction of this Balcón de Toros. The tourist office, open Tuesday to Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. In Los Arcos pilgrims cannot buy the credential.
