The oldest gardens in Pamplona

Cataloged as the oldest gardens in Pamplona, and built in the 19th century, the Taconera Gardens are one of the most impressive areas in the region. The park has a multitude of trees belonging to different species: beech, ginkgo biloba, laurel, holly among many others. 

One of the most attractive and striking is without a doubt the Japan sophora, which is located in a truly dreamlike place as it is located in what was once known as Café Viennese and bicycle kiosk.

But the La Taconera Gardens are much more than a place to walk and admire all types of trees. here We will also find a museum in which the outdoor sculptures give life and populate the area, providing an air halfway between the mystical and history.
